Important information
An automatic invoice will be generated according to the type of subscription and period selected by you. This invoice will be issued by INFINITY TECHADVISORY LLC (the US subsidiary responsible for marketing inData®). Once payment has been made, the corresponding receipt will be automatically sent to the e-mail address linked to your billing information. You will also be able to access and review your invoices, check their status and view payment receipts at any time from the subscription administration panel.
For customers in the United States, Colombia and Dominican Republic we offer the possibility to request the issuance of a local invoice if required. This will be generated once the payment of the automatic invoice issued by inData® has been completed .

An important fact!
Payments made online are reflected immediately, while payments by bank transfer may take 3 to 5 business days to be processed in the inData billing module. Please take these times into account to avoid automatic service suspensions managed by our billing system.
